Leather in the 80s wasn't just for bikers anymore — it was the ultimate fabric for rocking out, rebelling against the norm, and looking totally rad. The drink takes Jameson re-distilled with sappan wood and aged buffalo hide, then squares it with Lillet Rosé, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine D.O.M., mirin and Angostura. Garnished with a torched blue cheese olive.
Future chapter of the Past/Present/Future menu — Neung's rebuild of a 1980s leather-clad classic. The buffalo-hide infusion is the bar's signature trick: spirit re-distilled through a strip of leather, picking up resin and tannin without picking up the smell.
