BOP — short for Bartenders of Pony — is Singapore's first Korean cocktail dining bar, located in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore's unofficial Koreatown and a vibrant part of the Central Business District. A space where craft meets comfort, BOP is rooted in Korean drinking culture and shaped by a global cocktail perspective. BOP is developed by Jigger & Pony Group and conceived by Uno Jang, Co-Owner and Creative Director of the Group, and recipient of the 2025 Altos Bartenders' Bartender Award at The World's 50 Best Bars. At its core, BOP is guided by three Korean values: Kki (끼) — the craft; Jeong (정) — the warmth that turns strangers into tablemates; Heung (흥) — the joyful energy that keeps people lingering longer than planned.
